Karem Amerikasta lähetti minulle yksi päivä sähköpostia. Hän kertoi, että hän on muuttanut kahdeksan vuotiaan poikansa kanssa Puerto Ricosta Delawareen. Toisen näistä alla olevista korteista Karem lähetti ensimmäisenä ja hän kertoi pojastaan. Toisen kortin sain lähettäessäni oman korttini. Karem kiittää kaikkia niitä ihmisiä, jotka ovat tehneet hänen pojan elämästä hieman erilaisen ja lähettänyt hänelle kortin. Tyttö nimeltä ZR halusi swapata kanssani. Hän halusi minulta kortin, jossa on eläimiä ja niiden nimet sekä englanniksi että minun kielelläni eli suomeksi. Translation: Girl named ZR wanted to swap with me. She wanted to have a card in which is animals and those names in english and finnish.

ZR asuu Kiinassa kaupungissa nimeltä Shanghai. Tämän kortin kuva on vanhasta Shanghaista. Se on 1930 luvulta. Kortin kuvassa näkyy Waibaidu silta, jonka alla virtaa Huangpu niminen joki sekä Suzhou virta. Translation: ZR lives in town named Shanghai. This cards picture on the oldest Shanghai. It´s from 1930´s. There in the picture you can see Waibaidu bridge, in which below is Huangpu river and Suzhou creek.

Chanelle Amerikasta halusi swapata kanssani uudelleen. Hän pyysi minua lähettämään kortin hänen miehelleen. Hän pyysi lähettämään kortin, jossa on paljon puukkoja. En voi ylistää tarpeeksi tätä korttia, jonka sain Ailta Japanista. Se on aivan mahtava käsintehty kortti ja tuo koira Useless on aivan mahtava. Translation: I can't say enough good things about this card which I got from Ai she is from Japan. This is an awesome handmade card and that dog Useless is great.

Minun lähettämässä kortissa on myöskin Useless, vaikka se on niin pieni, että mahtuu taskuun. Eli minun kortissa oli syksy ja Useless kuten Ai minulta toivoi. Translation: In my card there is also Useless even thought it is so small that it fits in pocket. So in my card there was Autumn and Useless like Ai hoped from me.
